Q1. There are two thermal pads. Why can I only get one to fit?
The second pad is just a backup. Only one thermal pad is needed to greatly reduce M.2 heat.
Q2. Does this require any additional tools?
No, this product comes with everything needed to attach the heatsink to an M.2 device.
Q3. What sizes are supported?
Only 2280 M.2 will fit perfectly in this heatsink.
